Each of the above listed business and business owner/officer (“Applicant”) authorizes GYAM LLC DBA American Capital Group AKA AMC Group (“AMC Group”) to share this application and all supporting documentation with each of its assignees, agents, banks, third party lenders, or financial institutions (“Assignees”). Applicant authorizes AMC Group and all Assignees to request and obtain and investigative or consumer report from a credit bureau or a credit agency or any additional information deemed necessary to investigate the references given on any other statement or data from Applicant. Applicant waives and releases any claims against AMC Group, all Assignees, and any information providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving or release of the information obtained in connection with this application.
