Prior to starting American Capital Group, Alex worked with landlords and independent business owners to secure real estate financing. As his relationships with local entrepreneurs developed, he founded American Capital Group with the goal of celebrating independent business owners. He has worked with over 1000 business owners to secure financing for expansion and improvements.

     As a native New Yorker, he strives to maintain the community ties that make NYC a wonderful place to work, live, and visit. He is an active member of the NYC Hospitality Alliance as well as BNI Chapter One. He lives in the Financial District with his wonderful wife and two children.
